Built with trained therapists & evidence-based practices

You Don't Have to Figure It Out Alone.

After years working with students, families, and individuals across clinical settings — I kept noticing the same thing. People were surviving, not growing. 2WellBeing is my attempt to change that.

You Don't Have to Figure It Out Alone.

Why 2WellBeing exists

The gap between sessions

Most therapy happens once a week — or once a month. What happens in the 29 days in between? That's the space 2WellBeing is designed to fill.

The body is always speaking

In clinical practice, Harshita kept seeing that talk alone wasn't enough. The nervous system needs tools, not just insight. Somatic awareness changes that.

Asking for help too late

People consistently arrived in crisis — not because they didn't know something was wrong, but because there was nowhere to go before it got bad. We're building that somewhere.

Care that fits real life

Therapy that requires you to be in the right room, at the right time, with the right insurance — excludes too many people. 2WellBeing is built to be accessible by design.

THE STORY BEHIND

2WELLBEING

It didn't start with a platform. It started with people.

Harshita's path to building 2WellBeing ran through psychiatric clinics, university counselling centres, private practice, and everything in between.

The education

Symbiosis & Nirmala Institute · 2014–2022

BA Psychology at Garware College, then MA Clinical Psychology at Symbiosis, Pune — followed by a PG Diploma in Guidance and Counselling at Nirmala Institute, Goa. 50+ supervised hours across anxiety, depression, grief, and life transitions using PCT, REBT, TA, and Gestalt.

The clinical years

Sankalp Clinic & Samarth Centre · 2020–2021

Harshita began her career running psychological assessments and Mental State Examinations at Sankalp Psychiatric Clinic in Indore, then moved to Samarth Psychotherapy Centre — evaluating clients, training interns, and writing on mental health.

The campus

IIT Indore · 2022–2023

As Student Counsellor at IIT Indore, she worked with students who were academically capable but emotionally overwhelmed — conducting individual sessions, running institute-level workshops, and building support systems in an environment where asking for help still felt like weakness.

The practice

Pice, Felicity & Private Practice · 2023–Present

Harshita now runs a private practice alongside work with Pice and Felicity, providing individual therapy to a diverse range of clients. Recognised as a Top Psychology Professional on Topmate and featured as a Top Profile on Pyng.

The realisation

The gap nobody was filling

Across every role, the same pattern emerged: people arriving after things had already broken down. 2WellBeing was built for the space before that — the daily, ordinary, unglamorous work of staying well.

Today

What this becomes

A platform where Harshita's clinical experience meets the tools people need between sessions — and where the warmth of one-on-one care is built into every part of the experience.

How we think about care

These aren't values on a wall. They're the things Harshita found herself returning to across every clinical setting she worked in.

Slow down before you fix

The urge to solve is strong — in therapy and in product design. We've learned to resist it. Understanding what's actually happening is the work. The rest follows.

The body is always in the room

Every session acknowledges what the nervous system is doing, not just what the mind is saying. Somatic awareness isn't a feature — it's a philosophy.

Care without conditions

You don't need to be articulate, certain, or in a particular kind of distress to deserve support. Wherever you are is a valid place to start.
