About 2WellBeing

What this is, who it's for, and where Harshita fits in.

2WellBeing is a mental wellbeing platform built around Harshita Murai, a counselling psychologist with 5+ years of clinical experience. It combines one-on-one therapy sessions with self-guided tools — journaling, somatic exercises, and daily check-ins — to support mental health between sessions, not just during them.

Anyone who wants to take their mental health seriously. That includes people navigating a difficult period, working through repeating patterns, or simply building better self-understanding. You don't need to be in crisis to start — in fact, coming before things break down is the whole point.

Harshita is a counselling psychologist with an MA in Clinical Psychology from Symbiosis, Pune and a PG Diploma from Nirmala Institute, Goa. She has worked at IIT Indore as a student counsellor, across psychiatric clinics and psychotherapy centres in Indore and Pune, and now runs a private practice. She is a registered member of the Counsellors Council of India (CRN6926326).

Sessions & Pricing

What a session looks like, what it costs, and how to book one.

₹1,499 for a single 45-minute session. There are no subscriptions, packages, or hidden tiers — just one transparent price. You book sessions one at a time.

Sessions are 45 minutes, one-on-one with Harshita over secure video. The first session focuses on understanding where you are and what you're looking for. From there, Harshita draws on PCT, REBT, Gestalt, and somatic approaches depending on what you need — so sessions are shaped around you, not a fixed programme.

Not at all. Many of Harshita's clients are coming to therapy for the first time. The process is designed to meet you wherever you are — no prior experience or vocabulary required.

Use the contact form or email hello@2wellbeing.in. Harshita will get back to you to find a time that works and share everything you need ahead of your first session.

There's no standard answer. Some people feel a meaningful shift in two or three sessions. Others work with Harshita for months. Both are valid. There's no pressure to commit to a number upfront — you can take it one session at a time.

How It Works

The tools and approach behind 2WellBeing.

Somatic exercises are body-based practices that help regulate the nervous system — breathwork, grounding techniques, gentle movement. Harshita integrates them into sessions and recommends them for use between sessions because insight alone doesn't always shift how the body is holding stress.

Structured prompts rooted in evidence-based practices like CBT and mindfulness that help you reflect between sessions. Rather than a blank page, you get a starting point — something to sit with and write toward.

Person-Centred Therapy (PCT), Rational Emotive Behaviour Therapy (REBT), Transactional Analysis (TA), Gestalt Therapy, and somatic/body-based approaches. These are used where they fit naturally — not applied by formula.

Privacy & Safety

How your information is handled and what confidentiality means here.

Yes. Everything discussed in sessions is confidential and handled in line with professional and ethical standards. Harshita is a registered member of the Counsellors Council of India. The only exceptions are the standard legal and clinical safeguarding situations that any registered practitioner would follow.

If you choose to. Sharing is always opt-in — nothing from your self-guided tools is visible to Harshita unless you explicitly share it, and you can change that at any time.
