Built with trained therapists & evidence-based practices
You deserve support that actually meets you.
2WellBeing was built from years of clinical practice — because too many people were struggling quietly, waiting until things got bad enough to ask for help. You don't have to wait.
45-Minute Sessions
One-on-one with Harshita. ₹1,499 per session.
Reflective Journaling
Guided prompts to help you process between sessions.
Evidence-Based Care
Rooted in PCT, REBT, Gestalt, and somatic practice.
CARE THAT GOES BEYOND
THE THERAPY ROOM
Most people wait too long. We built this so you don't have to.
Harshita created 2WellBeing after years of sitting with clients who came in exhausted, stuck, and unsure how to name what they were feeling. This platform exists for the in-between moments — the days before a crisis, the weeks after a breakthrough.

Something feels off
You can't name it, but it's there. Start with a check-in and begin building the language for what you're carrying.
You've been here before
Patterns you recognise but haven't broken yet. Journaling and somatic tools help you notice before you react.
You're ready to talk
Book a session with Harshita — a psychologist who has sat with people through burnout, grief, trauma, and everything in between.
You want to grow
Not in crisis, just committed to understanding yourself more deeply. That work is just as valid, and Harshita loves doing it.
Therapy that holds the whole picture.
Trauma-Informed
Every session acknowledges that what you carry has a history — and moves at a pace that feels safe.
For you. And for the people who care for you.
Whether you're navigating your own inner world or supporting someone else through theirs — 2WellBeing meets you where you are.
Healing isn't an event. It's something you build.
Harshita has seen what happens when people only get support during a crisis. 2WellBeing is designed for the everyday — because the real work happens in the quiet moments between sessions.
Start by naming what's there
Most people arrive not knowing exactly what they're feeling — just that something is wrong. We start there, with curiosity and no pressure to already have the words.
Build understanding, not just coping
Coping gets you through the day. Understanding changes the pattern. Harshita's sessions are built around insight that lasts beyond the hour.
Your body is part of the story
Somatic awareness — noticing where tension lives, how breath changes, what the body is already telling you — is woven into the work, not added as an afterthought.
Progress looks different for everyone
There's no standard timeline. Some people feel a shift in two sessions. Others work for months. Both are right. We follow your pace, not a programme.
The goal isn't to be fixed
It's to understand yourself well enough that you trust your own responses — and know what to do when things get hard again. That's the real work.
From stress to burnout—we help you name what you're feeling.
