Harshita's training at Nirmala Institute introduced her to somatic and trauma-informed modalities — PCT, REBT, TA, Gestalt — not as techniques to apply, but as lenses to truly see what a person was carrying. Trauma work became central to her practice because the body holds what the mind tries to forget.
The most profound sessions I've had were with people who didn't think their past was relevant anymore. It always was.

How we work
We move at your pace. Trauma-informed care means we never push through resistance — we get curious about it. Body awareness, grounding practices, and evidence-based therapy work in concert.
